Ceasefire
An artillery strike seals the armistice bunker, forcing you, a temporary ration clerk, to govern a real ceasefire. With eighteen hours of ventilation left, enemies, wounded soldiers, and civilians must share food, medicine, parts, and a way out—and every enforceable rule saves some people at a visible cost to others.
