When the thirty-night Resonance begins, you take an emergency seat on the duty council of an underground waystation. Heat, medicine, gate repairs, and even a hot meal consume the station's scarce silence allowance and draw the sound-hunters closer; with seven threshold keepers, you must redesign every act of care so the same people no longer bear every risk.
